Apple Pie Pops

My little ladybug and I made some yummy apple pie pops.
Nothing groundbreaking, just a fun fall treat.

Start with a leaf cookie cutter, pie crust, apple pie filling, an egg, sugar in the raw, and lollipop sticks.

Cut leaf shapes from the pie crust and stuck a lollipop stick in the bottom.
(something like Popsicle sticks might work better to support the weight the the pie pop.
It all depends on the size of your cookie cutter.)

Add a small amount of apple pie filling to the center (not too much or the filling will leak out the edges).

Brush a small amount of egg whites around the edges and cover the top with another pie leaf.
Gently press the edges together.

Brush a small amount of egg whites over the top and sprinkle the sugar on.

Baked as directed on the pie crust box, and end up with a fun little after dinner dessert.
