End of the Year Teacher Gifts

I've been hunting around for gift ideas for the ladybug's preschool teacher.  Ladybug had the same teacher for both preschool years and thanks to her, ladybug has LOVED school.

I've been seeking inspiration online for a nice handmade gift to go with a gift card.  Preschool graduation is at the end of May so I have to get going!

Here are some of the ideas I found and loved.  I thought I'd share them with you, too.  If you've made a teacher gift let me know...I'd love some more inspiration!

Crayon  Monogram by Sarah at Sugar Bananas
How sweet is this?!

Apple Subway Art by Kara at Happy Go Lucky
Kara even shares a small version to turn into a set of note cards for a teacher.  I love that you can create your own and personalize it, too.

Teacher Assort-"mint" bag by Traci at Beneath My Heart
This is sweet.  Anything with a cute poem melts my heart.

Flower and vase arrangement at One Charming Party
Loving this!  Adorable idea.

Take out boxes by Leigh at It's All Small Stuff
Filled with fortune cookies!  This would go great with a gift card for a favorite restaurant.

Gift Card Flowers from Family Fun
I REALLY like this.

I will also be using THIS awesome subway art printable from Janet at Today's Fabulous Finds.  She is the best, she always shares her seasonal subway art for free!

You could even make some of THESE apple cupcakes to celebrate a teacher, or the end of a school year.

Or you could top cupcakes with THESE apple toppers found in my shop.  You can always get them customized in school colors!

Easter details Inspired by you

I've been working on a lot of different things lately.  I get more done if I work on a lot of things at once.  Weird logic, but it works for me.  Unfortunately that just means the table and counter top are covered with half done projects.  Ick.

Some of the things I've been making have been inspired, or copied :) , from you all.  That's what I'm sharing with you today.  There are so many great ideas out there!

I found this adorable idea for a basket from  The Rachel Berry Blog. It makes a sweet Easter basket for us grown ups.

I took some crafting eggs and painted a few light blue, and a few I decoupaged with dictionary pages.

This is my version of the Pottery Barn eggs that everyone is copying.  I painted the eggs and glued on letters I cut with my cricut.  Find other versions of the PB eggs at Kindness Matters  and My Northwest Nest

These carrot boxes I made using the template from Emily Burnette's Recipe for Cute .  She used super cute pattern paper for hers.  I was just working with what I had, but I think it's still kind of cute!  Perfect for filling with small Easter treats.

These are so sweet.  This little hersey kiss box template I got from Infarrantly Creative.   I think it's so sweet that they read, "Bunny Kiss."

We made these ones for the ladybug's preschool Easter party.  We took tootsie roll filled banks and turned them into chocolate bunnies.  The inspiration for this came from The Seven Year Cottage.  I liked these because ladybug was able to glue everything on herself.  Well, until halfway through when she decided she was just going to hand me everything while I glued it all on for her.

This is why we love tootsie rolls :)

More Easter inspiration is on the way!  I'm finishing up some other things and will be posting those later tomorrow!
