Valentine Wreath

When it comes to crafting I can sometimes be fickle.  I look at past scrapbook pages and want to redo them, I grow tired of decor I've made, and I frequently "improve" my various projects.

This one I better love forever.
It took a few late nights to complete.
Cutting and rolling all those little flowers took the most time.
The felt flowers are hot glued onto a Styrofoam wreath.
I found a super tut for making the flowers at Take Heart

I think it's worth all that time I spent on it.
{I Love it.}

Our Christmas in a "MINI" version

You know those mini album ornaments in my shop?
Well I use them post-Christmas to preserve small memories from the season.
Here's one I did from a couple years ago
(before the little guy came along)...
Very simple.
The point is to jot down the little things before you forget them.

I add a few thumbnail pictures and it's ready to hang on the tree next year.
That's it.

I love looking through past memories when we get out our Christmas decor.
It's like opening precious little presents.

Mickey Cupcake Toppers

I finished up the Mickey cupcake toppers for my little guy's upcoming party!
As promised, here are pictures...

More party details to come!

If you were featured, grab yourself this button...

Now it's time to link up!

Link anything you made or created.
No giveaways, please.
This is a great way to get some blog traffic, some comment love, and maybe even some followers.
Some things to remember...

1.  Please link to the post of the item you MADE, not your main blog.
Only family friendly content, please.
It's okay to link to a blog post of something you made and are selling, but
please do not link directly to any shops.

2.  Please visit at least 2 of your fellow party goers, and leave a little comment love.

3.  Please grab the Craft Catwalk button and add it somewhere on your blog
(a text link is fine, too)

The "New" Paper Challenge for the New Year

Happy, happy New Year!!!
The kids and I will probably be sound asleep before midnight even though the ladybug and I are going to TRY to stay up.  I told her that tonight she can stay up as late as she wants.  She looked at me with worry on her face and said, "but I'll be tried!"  She is SO not a rule breaker.  Let's hope that lasts through those bumpy tween and teen years!

In honor of the new year Paper Issues has a new challenge running!  If you've created anything with paper that fits the following criteria, head over to link it up!

"The New Challenge is a NEW Challenge!
Show us your NEW projects...New baby, New shoes, New stamp, New house, New ANYTHING!!!!
Link it up!"

AND you can win all this awesome paper stuff, too!

You have until Jan 14th to link up.
I'll be linking up as soon as I get going on some paper projects!
