I've been working on a lot of different things lately. I get more done if I work on a lot of things at once. Weird logic, but it works for me. Unfortunately that just means the table and counter top are covered with half done projects. Ick.
Some of the things I've been making have been inspired, or copied :) , from you all. That's what I'm sharing with you today. There are so many great ideas out there!
I found this adorable idea for a basket from The Rachel Berry Blog. It makes a sweet Easter basket for us grown ups.
I took some crafting eggs and painted a few light blue, and a few I decoupaged with dictionary pages.
This is my version of the Pottery Barn eggs that everyone is copying. I painted the eggs and glued on letters I cut with my cricut. Find other versions of the PB eggs at Kindness Matters and My Northwest Nest
These carrot boxes I made using the template from Emily Burnette's Recipe for Cute . She used super cute pattern paper for hers. I was just working with what I had, but I think it's still kind of cute! Perfect for filling with small Easter treats.
These are so sweet. This little hersey kiss box template I got from Infarrantly Creative. I think it's so sweet that they read, "Bunny Kiss."
We made these ones for the ladybug's preschool Easter party. We took tootsie roll filled banks and turned them into chocolate bunnies. The inspiration for this came from The Seven Year Cottage. I liked these because ladybug was able to glue everything on herself. Well, until halfway through when she decided she was just going to hand me everything while I glued it all on for her.
This is why we love tootsie rolls :)
More Easter inspiration is on the way! I'm finishing up some other things and will be posting those later tomorrow!
